Lee began her career in real estate in 1979 in the Washington, D.C.
area. After 7 years as an agent and then manager for the leading
real estate firm in the area, she moved into the mortgage banking
division. She was a loan officer for the next 23 years. During that
period she was consistently in the top ten producers club nationwide
for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Corp. and NationsBanc Mortgage Corp.
In 2002, Lee and her husband, Jim, relocated to Aiken where they
began a remodeling and renovation company, specializing in historic
homes. Lee obtained her SC real estate license and joined The
Carolina Company in 2003.
When not showing clients the charms and attractions of Aiken, as
well as the cottages, equestrian communities, and horse farms, she
enjoys long distance trail riding on her Tennessee Walker.
